Yes, the Complex Law app is free to download and use for any client we are representing. There are no subscription costs or in-app purchases to unlock extra features. Simply register with the email address we have on file for you, then log in to view your case.
Yes, the app is for our clients to manage and track the progress of their case. If you haven’t started a claim with us, do that first here: Start a claim online. We’ll get you set up on the app as part of our onboarding process.
Yes. We're Cyber Essentials Certified Plus and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and the app is built to keep your case data and documents secure at every stage.
You can track the progress of your case, complete and sign forms, message your solicitor directly, and send us documents or photos relating to your case, without needing to call or email. Every message, document and update is saved in one place and easy to review later.
