Thomas is a director at Complex Law with a background in accountancy and finance. He began his career at one of Europe’s largest car dealership groups before moving into the legal sector with a leading international firm, where he developed expertise in high‑volume claims and complex intercompany asset matters.

He later joined smaller practices to gain hands‑on experience, an approach that led to his becoming a shareholder at Complex Law. Over his career, Thomas has been instrumental in securing over £100 million in non‑recourse funding, enabling thousands of claimants to access justice without financial risk.
